Pr\u00e9parer une d\u00e9licieuse\u00a0glace au fruit de la passion<\/strong>\u00a0chez soi reste simple et accessible, m\u00eame sans sorbeti\u00e8re. Il suffit de m\u00e9langer la pulpe de fruit de la passion (environ 300 g) avec 100 g de sucre, le jus d\u2019un demi-citron et 200 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide. Apr\u00e8s avoir bien fouett\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble pour obtenir une texture lisse, on place la pr\u00e9paration au cong\u00e9lateur, en la remuant toutes les 30 \u00e0 45 minutes pendant les trois premi\u00e8res heures pour \u00e9viter la formation de cristaux. Pour une version plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, on peut remplacer la cr\u00e8me par du yaourt nature ou du lait de coco. Le r\u00e9sultat offre une\u00a0glace au fruit de la passion<\/strong>\u00a0onctueuse, acidul\u00e9e et parfaitement rafra\u00eechissante.<\/p>
